You do not need to prepare or bring anything for your visit. Kimono, accessories, and all dressing items are provided, so you can simply arrive in your regular clothes and change here without any additional steps.
Your kimono is prepared in advance based on the information you provide when booking, such as your height and general size. This allows us to avoid unnecessary waiting on the day and ensures that the fitting and dressing can begin without delay. As we only accept a limited number of bookings per day, each session is given sufficient time.

予想外の暑い日となりましたが、多くのご家族が喜んでお帰りくださったことなによりでした。
11月ではすることのできなかったお庭での写真撮影もでき皆様喜んでおりました。
本当にありがとうございました。
ただ、あの暑さではお着付けされる方やスタッフの皆様も大変なご苦労のことであったこととお察しします。
充分にお身体お休め下さいませ。
お着物を着て写真を撮ることができたこと、家族全員とても喜んでおり、特に娘は「またお着物を着たい」と大興奮でした。

おかげさまで家族みんなで着物を着ることが出来、一生の思い出になりました。

Even if it is your first time wearing kimono, we will guide you step by step so you can feel comfortable.

Terms & Condition
Booking
Bookings are made upon request and are not confirmed immediately.
Availability is checked with the photographer and studio after submission.
Confirmation & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after the date, photographer, and studio have been arranged and payment has been completed.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the reservation.
If full payment is made in advance, the same cancellation policy applies.
Preparation
No preparation is required.
Kimono, accessories, and dressing items are provided.
Customers may arrive in regular clothing.
Locations
Sessions take place in Düsseldorf or Bonn.
In Bonn, a partner studio is used.
In Düsseldorf, a selected studio space is arranged.
The exact location will be confirmed in advance.
For sessions at EKO-Haus, prior reservation with the venue is required.
Booking is subject to availability and approval by the location.
Schedule
The booking includes dressing and a photo session.
The exact schedule and timing will be shared after confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy below.
Less than 3 days before the scheduled date: no refund will be issued
More than 7 days before the scheduled date: full refund of the amount paid
3 to 7 days before the scheduled date: 60% of the amount paid will be refunded
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is possible if requested in advance.
- More than 3 days before the scheduled date: rescheduling is free of charge
- Less than 3 days before the scheduled date: rescheduling may not be possible or may incur additional costs
Rescheduling depends on the availability of the photographer and studio and cannot be guaranteed.
Only one rescheduling request per booking is allowed.
Delays
If a customer arrives late, the session time may be shortened accordingly.
In some cases, the session may not be extended.
Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including size and number of participants.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Photos
Photo delivery details, including format and timing, will be communicated after booking confirmation.
General
We reserve the right to make adjustments if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including changes related to the photographer or studio.
