The location is currently planned for Biyori Studio, but may change depending on the final number of participants.
For our next Biyori Kimono Kai, the theme will be kimono coordination.
Have you ever wondered:
“Does this obi fit with this kimono?”
“Which obijime or obiage should I choose?”
“Why does this coordination feel a little off, even though each piece is beautiful?”
“How can I make my kimono look more balanced?”
In this gathering, we will talk about how to combine kimono, obi, colors, patterns, and accessories in a way that feels harmonious and suitable for the season, occasion, and your own style.
You are welcome to bring your own kimono, obi, or accessories if you would like to ask for advice or try out different combinations together.
This Kimono Kai is open to anyone who enjoys kimono, whether you are just starting out or already have experience. You do not need to wear kimono to join.
If you have any questions or worries about kimono coordination, please feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help where I can.
What to bring
You may bring a kimono, obi, obijime, obiage, or other accessories you would like to ask about.
Dressing assistance
If you would like help dressing in kimono before the event, please come a little earlier so there is enough time to assist you.
Please note
The final location will be confirmed before the event.
