You do not need previous tea ceremony experience, Japanese language skills or knowledge of formal etiquette. The experience takes place at a table, so there is no need to sit in seiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, you will enjoy a seasonal Japanese sweet, learn about the meaning behind the tea setting, and receive a bowl of matcha prepared with care. The focus is not on strict formality, but on slowing down, noticing the season and experiencing matcha with intention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
