DESCRIPTION:Minna no Matsuri is Trier’s volunteer-run Japanese summer fes
 tival at Nikolaus-Koch-Platz. Biyori served matcha lattes plus usucha and 
 koicha\, guiding visitors through the taste and texture of each style.\n\n
 At Minna no Matsuri\, Biyori hosted a tea booth:\n\n 	We prepared matcha l
 attes for a gentle\, café-style introduction.\n 	We served traditional us
 ucha (thin tea) and koicha (thick tea)\, explaining the differences in bod
 y\, foam\, and flavor so guests could explore what suits them.\n 	Througho
 ut the day we offered quick tastings and answered questions about Japanese
  tea\, utensils\, and everyday tea rituals.\n\nHighlights: Many visitors t
 ried matcha for the first time with a latte\, then compared it to usucha a
 nd koicha to experience how texture and preparation change sweetness\, uma
 mi\, and intensity.
